Really nice stay, as always. Special hotel and exceptionally nice location in the middle of the city. Location close enough to the restaurant in the evening down the country road as well as Germany. For tea or coffee visit The Darwin nearby...

Tranquil location with a modern and squeaky-clean vibe. Just a short walk to the slipstream sculpture - a great spot for a leisurely stroll. the downtown area is only a 15-minute walk away. 🚶♂️.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, tucked away down a peaceful country road. the surroundings were picturesque, perfect for a leisurely stroll. We also appreciated the fitness facilities provided, such as the dumbbells, long bar with weights, multi rack, and bench - a great advantage for basic strength training. the complimentary water was a thoughtful touch. the restaurant down the country road offered a pleasant evening dining option.
The lack of staff availability after 2.00 p.m., which caused confusion upon arrival.

The room in the hotel was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was separated from the WC, and there was also a small kitchen area with a Nespresso machine. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and quiet, with many art works based on a red unicorn theme. the breakfast and dinner were good, and the hotel staff provided clear instructions for obtaining the room key from the key box.
Nothing to fault.

the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. the location was perfect as it was close to key attractions and easy to find. I also appreciated the free parking on offer at the hotel.
The lack of on-site dining options was disappointing. It would have been great to have a restaurant available for dinner.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the location of the hotel close to the famous Merode Castle and the great breakfast offered every morning with a variety of choices. The staff we dealt with were also very friendly and welcoming towards us.
There were some downsides to our stay. There was no on-site restaurant, which meant we had to venture off-site for dinner.

The location of the hotel is great for visiting the nearby Merode Castle Christmas markets. getting to the partner restaurant in the evening down the country road would be challenging in the dark with no proper footpath. the room and bathroom were clean and modern. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.
The hotel lacks a restaurant on-site or nearby for dinner, forcing guests to drive at night in the dark to reach the partner restaurant.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the level of comfort and luxury it provided. The room was well-equipped and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly liked the separate bathroom and WC, as well as the cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The room was also kept warm, thanks to the ventilator provided. Additionally, the small kitchenette in the room was a great bonus, allowing me to prepare simple meals and enjoy a cup of coffee with the Nespresso machine. The hotel even had a restaurant nearby, where I was able to enjoy delicious food at an honest price.
The only inconvenience I experienced during my stay was the fact that the hotel counter had no staff after 2.00 p.m. This meant that I had to drive 800 meters to another sister hotel to collect my room key.
